From a very special parcel that sees no treatments, where Romain has sown beans and potatoes between the rows (that we ate for our lunch during our last visit!). The grapes were footrodden and macerated for 20 days before being pressed and aged in barrel for 9 months. The citrusy, herbaceous nose belies the depth and concentration of the palate. A unique and complex expression of Sauvignon Blanc that illustrates Verger’s intuitive connection to his vines.
