From a 50-year-old parcel planted on schist. The grapes were directly pressed and left to begin fermentation in fibreglass before being bottled shortly after in pétillant-naturel style. Left on the lees until the end of January the wines were then disgorged à la volée. Medium-bodied and crisp with a velvety smooth effervescence - this is a wine destined for apéro!
