From 50 year old vines planted on schist within the Layon appellation. The grapes were directly pressed into cuve and allowed to ferment until there were just a few grammes of sugar left. Bottled at that moment as a pet’ nat’, the wine lay on its lees for several months before being disgorged by hand.
This is all that you could ever want in a springtime bottle - fleshy, bright with a lovely floral lift - our wine of the season.
