Direct-press Cabernet Sauvignon with a cuvée name that translates to ‘the Unicorn’ (with some cheeky spelling) aptly named by Romain’s daughter, who also drew the playful label. The soft, ripe red fruits are helped along by a very subtle effervescence, with its touch of sugar almost hidden by the bright acidity. Truly one of a kind.
