Made from a single-varietal Ugni Blanc sourced from the Lubéron, Echoes underwent a three month, whole-bunch maceration before pressing. Lovely maturity with a focus on bright, pinkish fruit, and at only 11% alcohol, it’s a pretty, moreish number that’s easy to love.
