Made from fruit sourced from legendary Alsacian producer Jean-Marc Dreyer, O Caminho do Bem offers up an incredibly complex array of aromatic and flavour profiles, ranging from the deep and concentrated to the high-toned and lifted. Fruit was purchased from a stunning, co-planted site of Dreyer’s made of up Pinot Auxerrois, Abondant, Sylvaner, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris. After spending nine months macerating on its skins in whole bunches, the resulting juice is high-toned, with streaky violet florals and a dense, balanced tannin integrated wonderfully throughout.
