The grapes were harvested in four passages through the vineyard for varying levels of ripeness, with each picking macerated in their bunches for 5 days before the press. The separate tanks were blended, with élevage then in large fibreglass tank. Here the lush golden fruits are balanced with an energetic freshness – an easy, sunny wine for all occasions.
