A standout vintage for this delightful rosé. Made from the first pass through his Cinsault vineyard, the grapes saw 5 days of whole-bunch maceration before a short élevage in fibreglass tanks. Since the grapes were picked slightly earlier, the finished wine is just a pale crimson with its bright vibrant red fruits accompanying a perfectly balanced acidity.
