A direct pressing of Petit Courbu and Petit Manseng from the province of Biscay, just 30 km southwest of Bilbao in the Bizkaiko Txakolina appellation. The grapes were harvested at peak maturity and directly-pressed, before aging for 15 months in 500L new barrels from the Jura. The resulting wine has a slightly nutty quality from the new barrel balanced with a lush, textural palate. Unique and very much worthy of tucking away in the cellar.
