A single barrel of Riesling from vines planted on clay and silt from Gile Iturri’s vineyards in Balmaseda in the Basque country. The wine was aged in 2-year-old small Burgundy barrels for 15 months - the same vinification as Revesling N.2, but followed a different path during élevage - the profile is more classically varietal with bright acidity and a fleshy mid-palate.
