Crafted from a blend of predominantly Cartoixa, with approximately 15% Macabeu, grown on sandy-loam soils. The grapes were carefully destemmed and pressed, then left to ferment and age in stainless steel on fine lees. After nine months of élevage, the result is a crisp, citrus-led white, perfectly balanced to be poured for any occasion.
