Crafted from a blend of predominantly Cartoixa, with approximately 15% Macabeu, grown on sandy-loam soils. The grapes were carefully destemmed and pressed, then left to ferment and age in stainless steel on fine lees with weekly bâtonnage. After nine months of élevage, the result is a crisp, citrus-led white, perfectly balanced to be poured for any occasion.
