From a parcel of vines in Pupillin, Jura. An unusual cuvée with the Poulsard was pressed directly resulting in a hazy golden colour rather than the usual pale bricking red. Drinks much like a macerated white wine with fleshy stone fruit and a hit of minerals - incredibly delicious but sadly we only received a handful of cases.
