From a parcel of vines in Pupillin, Jura. The grapes were pressed in their bunches and the juice transferred straight to cuve. The fermentation was fast and straightforward and after a short elevage the wine was bottled without a single racking. Bursting with zippy citrus this is an incredibly energetic bottle.
