From a parcel of vines in Pupillin, Jura. Half of the grapes were destemmed and half were left in their bunches, then macerated together for 3 weeks. Bottled after a short elevage in cuve. At just 10.5% this is hugely uplifting with a palate of wild berries, earth and minerals.
