100% Auxerrois from the Bas Rhin undergoes a 3-week whole bunch maceration for this cuvée, bringing forth a more concentrated and textural wine than is otherwise achieved in the trampette-style vinification. A short elevage on the gros lees in fibreglass tank rounds out the varietal character and charm of this stylistically generous cuvée.
