From vines planted in 2016 and 2018 on poor hard soils. The vinifcation is the same for each cuvee — grapes de-stemmed by hand, macerated for 2/3 weeks with elevage taking place in HDPE egg. The lightest of the reds which shows the biggest imprint of the Muscat — pretty and lithe.
