Rondo/Solaris/Bronner/Muscat Bleu • 2019 & 2020
This particular parcel is rich with lime in the soil giving plenty of tension. The vinifcation is the same for each cuvee — grapes destemmed by hand, macerated for 2/3 weeks with elevage taking place in HDPE egg. A pleasing verticality to this wine, with a light body and plenty of interest from the combination of the aromatic Muscat with the other varieties. We managed to secure a little of the 2019 vintage which has settled into itself wonderfully.
