From a parcel of vines planted on grey marne, grown in the north of Alsace. The grapes were harvested and macerated together for 15 days in their bunches before being pressed to cuve for a 9-month elevage. An open and pleasurable wine that although fleshy has a bright acid structure, giving it direction in the glass.
