A uniquely vinified wine, full of vertical acidity and taught structure. Whole cluster Grenache Noir from Lubéron and Grenache Blanc from Languedoc are added to the direct-press juice of Ugni Blanc also sourced from Lubéron. The Grenaches were then left to gently macerate in the Ugni Blanc juice for several months before pressing. The resulting wine is lean, brightly lit and full of bracing, zippy acidity.
