From 80-year-old vines of Grenache Noir from Faugères, planted on schist. This was the first parcel Jean-Louis worked with and also his favourite wine of the vintage. The grapes were macerated in whole bunches for a month before being pressed into sandstone jarre for a years elevage. Deep, intense, structured and a little wild.
