Made from an even split of Syrah and Macabeu, Terrafurie is made from young, early-picked fruit to retain bright acidity and lots of freshness. The fruit underwent a 3 day whole bunch maceration before a long, slow press. The resulting wine is round and sunny, with charming fruit character and bright aromatics.
