A solera blend of 2019, 2020, and 2021 vintages. 2019 and 2020 were vinified whole bunch for 14 days while the 2021 saw only about 5 days of the same style maceration. Élevage in 500 litre old oak barrels. Bright, candied red fruits with a lighter body and refined tannic structure. great fun when chilled - this is a versatile wine that provides ample pleasure either on its own or at the table.
