From vines planted on the rich basalt soils of an extinct volcano which offer a mineral complexity to this otherwise simply delicious wine. The fruit underwent 10 days of maceration before élevage in fibreglass for about 6 months. Juicy brambly fruit is offset with a pleasant bitterness and soft, dusty tannins. It’s ready to drink whenever you are.
