Properly ripe, rounded old vine Chardonnay from the 2020 vintage finds its namesake balance through the addition of leaner fruit coming from the cooler 2021 harvest. After élevage in a blend of old 228 and 300l barrels, a real harmony is struck between the two varied vintages, bringing about a Burgundian charm and opulence to the wine.
