A blend of 40% Grolleau, 40% Gamay, and 20% Pineau d’Aunis from Damien’s own vines in Anjou. The fruit was harvested separately and left to ferment in whole bunches. All the juice was then blended for a short elevage before bottling. The resulting wine is perfectly poised at just 11.5% - light and bright, showing just a touch of spice from the Pineau d’Aunis. This is a wine for all occasions.
