Emilie utilised both infusion-style and semi-carbonic macerations here to find the perfect balance between fruit and freshness. The wine was then aged for 8 months in old oak barrels. The wonderful blend of ripe, dark fruit, vibrant acidity and delicate, savoury notes make for a truly versatile pour.
