1.5L (Magnum)

A blend of Grenache Noir, Merlot and Syrah (as the name suggests) grown on limestone and basalt soils. The different varieties were vinified separately - the Grenache aged in tank, the Merlot and Syrah in old barrels for 9 months, and then blended together before bottling. This is as classy a bistro wine as they come - a lovely balance of brambly fruit, some light tannin and a good lick of acid to keep it nice and fresh.
