A new special cuvée from Christophe, coming from one his highest plots of Riesling in Mutzig — a south-facing parcel made up of clay and limestone which sits on a mother rock of sandstone. The yields were kept intentionally low to explore a more concentrated, age-worthy style. Directly-pressed and aged for 2 years in tank, this remarkably textural and complex wine will age gracefully for many years.
