From a parcel with clay rich soil. The vinifcation is the same for each cuvee — grapes de-stemmed by hand, macerated for 2/3 weeks with elevage taking place in HDPE egg. This is the most generous on both the nose and palate, with a great influence from the Cabernet giving a ripe and open dark fruit.
