From 60-year-old vines planted on calcareous soils. The grapes were de-stemmed and macerated for 4 weeks in concrete before pressing and ageing for 1 year in tonneau. A truly memorable and complex rendition of the grape with a meaty, sanguine profile and a structure that makes it ideal for heartier dishes at the table or for further ageing in the cellar.
