While some of the Chenin Blanc fruit harvested from the Mirliflore parcel was directly pressed into Mirliflore ‘22, some was left in whole bunches for two weeks of maceration. This cuvée is a 50/50 blend of the direct-press juice from Mirliflore ‘22 and the macerated Chenin Blanc, which was assembled in tank before a year of elevage in old oak barrel. The resulting wine boasts bright freshness and acidity, balanced with a pleasing herbaceous structure.
