Voyage A Deux

The fruit here was sourced from 40-year old vines planted on clay and limestone soil in Carcassonne. All the grapes were hand-harvested before a 6 hour direct press after which the juice saw 1 month of fermentation in cuve before finishing its ferment in bottle, then disgorged one year later. It displays an aromatic exotic nose which reveals a rich, fruity complexity on the palate with a bright and refreshing effervescence.
