The fruit for Seb’s additional négociant cuvée (and first white wine) was sourced from 35 year old vines planted on clay and limestone soils in southern Beaujolais. The grapes were directly pressed for 6 hours followed by a rest in fibreglass for 7 months. An incredibly fresh wine with a fragrant, floral nose followed by a palate rife with candied lemon, pineapple, and juicy lychee.
