Founded in 2021 ago by one of our good friends, Anna, who is part of the team at the excellent Timberyard, Matka produce a range of complex and delicious soft drinks based around kombucha. Wanting to find an interesting alternative to the often oversugared and overcaffeinated drinks that dominate the soft drink arena, Anna slowly ferments foraged and organically sourced ingredients for up to 3 weeks creating drinks with a balanced acidity that perfectly accompany a meal.
