A trempette-style wine made from whole bunches of Gamay from Beaujolais macerating in direct-press Ugni Blanc juice from Lubéron for ten months, Ederlezi brings just a touch of juicy, candied fruit to a fresh, mineral-driven palate. Bright, almost pétillant acidity meets crunchy pink fruit for a refreshing, mouth-watering and slick rosé.
