From 50-year-old vines grown on schist soils. A lot of rain fell around harvest time resulting in a lighter, fresher style than previous years. A perennial favourite of ours, the ‘23 vintage fills the glass with golden-hued fine bubbles, and drinks with a crisp, tart profile.
