From the second and third pass through the same vineyard as La Capitulation Ne Paie Pás. The combination of harvesting the grapes with a touch more maturity as well as the longer 10-day maceration brings a deeper concentration of fruit. The resulting wine has a heady, floral perfume alongside intense red fruits and just a touch of garrigue. A stunning wine that beautifully exhibits Axel’s deft touch in the cellar.
