A blend of 60% Grenache Noir and 40% Graciano harvested from vines just outside of Estella in Navarra, planted on clay soils. The fruit saw 3 weeks of maceration with élevage for one year in a mix of large and small old barrels. A deep and finely structured wine that offers a refined take on the region through Imanol’s unique lens.
