2020 was defined by its warm weather and plentiful harvest which provided Raphael the opportunity to experiment with new vinifications. Here he harvested the grapes and destemmed them by hand before committing to concrete amphora for a year of maceration. Lithe in style, this playful wine joins richness with lean fruit at a wonderfully saline core.
