Poulsard/Trousseau/Pinot Noir • 2019
Having suffered huge losses to frost in 2019, Raphael did not have the quantity of grapes to make his usual parcellaire wines, instead he put the majority of his red grapes into this one cuvee. Equal parts Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir, which were macerated in whole bunches for 3 weeks before being pressed into stainless steel. Bottled the following Spring. An incredibly energetic wine with brambly fruit at the fore and a long savoury finish. Also available in magnum.
