Savagnin from the famed ‘Les Corvées’ parcel, planted on grey marl soil. The pressed grapes were transferred straight into old barrels where the wine was kept topped up and aged for a year before bottling. Full of citrus and minerals, finishing with a deep salinity. An accomplished wine that will only improve with time in the cellar.
