30-year-old vines from a north-facing parcel in Molamboz planted on clay and limestone. De-stemmed by hand and then macerated for two weeks before being aged in a 600 litre amphora for 9 months. A startlingly pure expression of Pinot, with very fine tannins and a delicate structure.
