A mix of two parcels both planted on clay, one 30 years old, the other a 65 year old plot of Damien’s first vines, previously belonging to the famed Domaine des Griottes. The grapes were directly pressed, then fermented and aged for 9 months in cuve. Full of life and possessing a wonderful concentration of fruit, the wine shows a cascade of stone fruits and white florals with a perfectly poised acidity. We think this will age superbly.
