Indigeno’s vino da tavola. From vines planted on clay and schist. The grapes were macerated for just 4 days before being pressed to tank for a 6-month rest. A charmingly rustic wine with a plummy fruit profile and a sanguine finish that works just as well on its own as it does over a meal.
