From a parcel of 35-year-old vines planted at 300m elevation near to the cellar. The grapes were de-stemmed by hand and macerated for 7 days before being pressed to amphora for a year’s rest. Deep, brooding with many layers that unfold with air, this has a long life ahead of it and will reward those patient enough to cellar it.
