Fruit sourced from a 30-year-old parcel planted on clay and gravel soils. The grapes were directly-pressed into stainless steel for fermentation and élevage. As refreshing as it gets, this wine reaches a perfect equilibrium between acidity and fruit with a clean, crisp finish.
