45-year-old vines hand-harvested before a 10-day maceration in stainless steel followed by 6 months in cuve. A supple, gentle style of Cabernet Franc due to the shorter maceration, but the ripe fruit shines with just a hint of green stem and a touch of crunchy acidity.
