95% Grolleau and 5% Cabernet Franc grown on schist. After harvest the grapes were pressed with a very short maceration to produce a light pink hue. After a short élevage in cuve the wine was bottled to finish its fermentation in bottle. At only 10.5% it’s a perfect springtime bottle, full of summer berries and a charming sherberty acidity.
