Grenache Noir / Mauzac • 2021
A blend of 70% Grenache Noir from Patrick Dumarché in Ardèche and 30% Mauzac from Patrick Mellado in Aude, this wine comes together as both cépages are directly pressed and vinified on their own before blending after fermentation is complete. The resulting wine is equal parts tropical and savoury, with a bright and forward acidity and lots of citrus ripeness throughout the palate.
