Antidoot Wilde Fermenten (Kortenaken, Belgium)

In late summer 2021, Tom made a macerated wine from biodynamically cultivated Riesling grapes picked at Weingut Melsheimer (Mullay-Hofberg). The wine was then added to two barrels of beer brewed 9 months earlier. At bottling those two barrels were blended with one barrel of cider made from apple and quince. An incredibly layered bottle that is unmistakably Antidoot.
